Griffin Speaks A MATTRESS MADE IN HEAVEN
There
are two types of insomnia: 1.) Transient insomnia which last for a few
nights or weeks, usually associated with a stressful event such as an exam
or bereavement. 2.) Chronic insomnia which last for several weeks, months or
even years. The
good news about insomnia is that you can cure yourself. There is lots of
information on how you can cure it. I want to share my recommendation to
those who need a cure. A
few months ago while eating lunch with one of my very wealthy friends he
informed me that he had purchased a TEMPUR-PEDIC
MATTRESS. He said it was an incredible mattress and that I should buy
one. The mattress will only cost about $3500.00. I thought he had lost his
mind. He suggested that I visit Havertys Furniture store and test it out. I
put it on the back burner of things to do until I had a conversation with a
co-worker who said the following: “You know Greg, people spend more money
on their casket than they do on their mattress. Everyone should invest in a
good mattress.” I decided to go to Havertys and test out the mattress. My
son Greg Jr. accompanied me to the store to test the tempur-pedic mattress.
It was one of the most amazing experiences. I had never laid on such a
wonderful mattress. The material in the mattress is such a breakthrough in
sleep technology that it will forever change the way you sleep. The original
formula was developed in the early 1970’s at NASA’s Ames Research Center
in an effort to relieve astronauts of the incredible g-forces that they
experienced during lift-off. The tempur-pedic
mattress automatically reacts to your body’s weight, shape, and
temperature to provide unsurpassed comfort and therapeutic support. There
are billions of viscoelastic memory cells that conform exactly to your body,
alleviating counter-pressure and promoting deep REM sleep. It is backed by a
20-year limited warranty. No other mattress available for consumer use is as
widely acclaimed for its pressure relief, enhanced sleep and proper support.
I decided to spend the Three thousand plus dollars and purchase the
mattress. My salesman was Willie Durant, the Assistant General Manager at
Havertys. When I told Debra the cost of the mattress she hit the roof
and asked the standard question: “Have you lost your mind?” A
few days later the tempur-pedic
mattress was delivered to our home. Debra laid on the mattress and fell into
a deep sleep. The following morning after she woke up, she looked up at me
with those big brown eyes and said: “Honey, this mattress is worth every
one of those three thousand dollars!” My wealthy friend even helped out
with an early Christmas gift that made it all possible! It is truly a
mattress made in heaven. So if you have problems with insomnia I strongly
suggest that you go out and purchase a tempur-pedic mattress. It
is well worth the money! Greg
