Griffin Speaks THE TWENTY YEAR PROMISE
In
that article I told my readers that my interest in “KAMU” stemmed from
my having a juvenile diabetic brother. At that time my brother was
recovering from a near death experience. I met “Kamu” while I was a
student in the LLM Tax Program at Boston University School of Law in 1983. “Kamu”
convinced me in 1983 to ask my brother to fly to Boston for one of his
treatments. He promised me that if my juvenile diabetic brother came to
Boston he would convince God to give him another twenty years of life. My
parents and brother flew to Boston, Massachusetts in November 1983. My
brother Melvin J. Griffin Jr. went into a deep coma on December 3, 2003 and
later passed away on December 18, 2003. My brother lived another twenty
years as promised by “Kamu”. My
mother is still somewhat skeptical, but my father and I are true believers
that God has anointed some people with the healing power. If the Doctors
have given up on you don’t despair. All things are possible if you believe
in the Lord and keep the faith. “Kamu”
was in his nineties when I met him so I assume he has passed on.
He helped me to have an additional twenty years with my brother and
for that I will always be grateful. Life my friend is stranger than fiction. Greg
