Today ten years later I am still concerned about the number
of obese people that are simply eating themselves to death. I strongly
recommend that anyone desiring to lose weight purchase from a bookstore or
check out from your local library Dr. Arthur Agatston’s book
The South Beach Diet. The

would average 300 calories per day. In one year you would have consumed

pay attention to your intake of fat and calories you would be amazed at what

Experts tell us that the only thing known to prolong life is exercise. I
believe they are correct since I am aware that there are very few obese
people in their seventies. Most die in their early fifties and sixties. You
can be one of those beautiful people on television if you simply took better
care of your body. Everyone can have a better body. Thinner people look
healthier and younger. So
do yourself a favor and take a really good look in the mirror. Are you happy
with your appearance or do you look like porky
