LET GO AND LET GODGregory Oswald Griffin Sr.

Whether you believe in God or not, if you simply look around, you will see forces at work that are beyond your control or understanding. Those very forces, which we often do not understand, could help us if we simply would let go. Let go of the things that you can not change.

Sometimes we have to let go of people and habits. Some people and habits are so destructive to your well being they should be removed from your life. You will find that letting go of them will benefit your health. Let go of the bad marriage, let go of the bad job, let go of the bad habits.

Are you holding a grudge? Let it go! Learning to forgive can make you a stronger, healthier, more content person. Many times you are walking around carrying a grudge against someone and that someone doesn’t even care. That someone has moved on with their life in peace and tranquility. Yet you are a candidate for heart disease and stroke. Let go and Let God!

As children bring their broken toys with tears for us to

mend, I brought my broken dreams to God, because He

was my friend. But then, instead of leaving Him in peace

to work alone, I hung round and tried to help, with ways

that were my own. At last I snatched them back and cried,

How could you be so slow? My child, He said, what could

I do? You never did let go.
